This program is for anyone who is wanting to take their performance to the next level. You will learn the ins and outs of nutrition, fueling and hydration to support every step of your training and race. This program will leave you feeling empowered to fuel every future half or full marathon you do too!

This program will cover what to eat before, during and after all types of training runs, how to balance meals to support your goals, hydration and sweat losses, how to fuel peak week, carbo-loading, how to eat race week, and race day!

This program is:

  • 12 weeks of group education and support

  • Several opportunities for local meet ups

  • Access to recorded sessions

  • Private Facebook group access

  • Suggested weekly goals and work to help you apply your new knowledge

  • Set up for an April or May race (additional programs will be offered for later events)

This program is not:

  • 1-on-1 nutrition counseling

  • Run coaching

Details:

When: Thursdays at 5pm PST from 2/2/23-4/20/23 (12 weeks)

Where: Seminars will be held virtually, but there will be several local meet up opportunities

Cost: $235/month for 3 months OR $630 upfront (10% savings)

Small group fitness classes are designed to get you training in a safe and effective way with individuals with similar goals. The small group format allows for more individualized coaching and programming! Here’s a little more about each of these classes:

Summer Fitness SEries:

This class is designed to be a lunch time, get it done kind of class! It will provide you with great coaching that fits your goals and abilities.

If you seem to struggle to make strength training a consistent habit, or are intimidated by gym settings, this is a great class for you!

Details:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-12:45pm (ongoing)

  • 12 week commitment

  • $125 per month

  • Limited to 4 spots

Endurance Athlete Class:

Endurance athletes often overlook the importance of strength training for performance and injury prevention! If you are an endurance athlete and not currently strength training, this class is for you!

Details:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7am and 10:30-11:30 am (ongoing)

  • 12 week commitment

  • $125 per month

  • Limited to 4 spots

Seminars

Seminars allow nutrition and wellness information to be provided to a larger group. This is an ideal way to support employees in a workplace setting or provide information at a larger event. Topics include, but are not limited to: Nutrition Foundations, Building Healthy Habits, Family Nutrition, Nutrition in the Workplace, Mindful Eating, Fueling a Healthy Lifestyle, Fueling for Specific Sport Training, Fueling for Specific Competition, High School Athlete Sport Specific Fueling.
