This program is meant to provide you structure and accountability to help you get back on track AND is a great way to get individual nutrition and wellness guidance from Amy at a discounted rate!

Let’s Make a Plan: Discuss your goals and how to achieve them successfully in this program
Where to Go From Here: Discuss your next steps at the end of the 5 weeks
Weekly check ins on you and your progress towards your goals
Team accountability*
*You will be placed on a team of people also working towards their wellness goals. Each week you will work individually to complete your goals to earn points for the team. This is meant to add extra accountability, because after all, you don’t want to let your team down, right?!

Daily guidance
In depth 1-on-1 help: if you feel like you need additional help, let’s talk about other services that may be better for you
Guaranteed change: The only way change will happen, is if you are committed to the process of the program and willing to put work in. I will guide you, but you are in charge of your own change.
